• Data Processor(Evercam) processes data in a safe and secure manner, informs the controller immediately if there is a data breach, processes the data as per the Data Controller’s instructions, informs the Data Controller of any Data Subject Access Requests, and supports the Data Controller in meeting their legal obligations.
