The Baird Family Hospital and The ANCHOR Centre Project is a £233.2 million building development at the Foresterhill Health Campus in Aberdeen. This exciting project will result in two new buildings being opened on the site in 2023 to support and enhance the provision of clinical care. Both buildings will include state-of-the-art research and teaching facilities and will offer person-centred environment of care.

The hospital will include all of the services currently provided at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital (AMH) as well as other clinical services which are located on the Foresterhill site:
