Capital Square is presently Edinburgh’s largest office development – 122,000 sq ft Grade A office building project – and will be located in the heart of Edinburgh’s, between Morrison Street and Lothian Road.
The eight-floor building project is being developed by BAM Properties in partnership with Hermes Investment Management.
Designed by architects Hurd Rolland, the building will feature a glazed curtain-walling facade, double-height reception with a statement atrium, and rooftop terraces
The development includes a private south-facing landscaped staff garden, a unique courtyard, arrival, and drop-off facility, panoramic views of the city, skyline with roof terraces on upper levels, and a large public car park immediately underneath the building for visitors.
