The building is built on a site with over 2,000 years of history. The project spans over 200,000 square feet of gold-standard office space over 9 floors divided into two distinct blocks.
North Dock was planned to be a “best-in-class” example of modern architecture by an international team of award-winning architects, engineers, and consultants. It makes use of cutting-edge materials and methods to maximise the site’s potential and offers breathtaking views of Dublin’s Docklands.
